Brides and Bridal Party
When you purchase the wedding gown and three (3) bridesmaids dreses here the entire wedding party will receive 10% off their order of attire only (no accessries included). This offer will extend to the bride, goomsmen, bridesmaids, flower-girls and Mother of the bride/groom.
In addition to this, if you are referred to us by a former bride who bought her wedding aparel here, and you purchase three (3) bridesmaids dresses here, we will discount the bride only an extra 5%.
Groom and Groomsmen
When you rent and pay for 4 tuxedos you will receive the 5th at only the cost of $40.00.
If your bride to be has purchased the wedding gown here we will reduce this even more so that the 5th tuxedo is entirely free.
Alteration Details
A seamstress is available for the conveniece of our customers during normal business hours with the exception of Tuesdays. Outside alterations are acepted. Appointments are necessary for all alterations.
Store Policies
Leesburg Bridal & Tuxedo is proud to outfit your wedding party. In order for us to do this, we would like to acquaint you with our store policies.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. No items can be returned, no exceptions. Refunds will not be allowed on any items. Leesburg Bridal and Tuxedo cannot be liable for color variations or shipping delays by the manufacturer. A cancelled wedding does not relieve customers of their obligation. Products may be released to another member of the wedding party under the authorization of the bride and/or groom.
A deposit of half the total purchase is required for each order. All deposits must be paid before the wedding group can be ordered. Payment is due in full when merchandise is received by Leesburg Bridal & Tuxedo. Garments are ordered from the manufacturers and are not custom made items. Sizes will be determined after consulting the size chart made available to us by the manufacturer you have chosen. Extra charges may apply for plus sizes, extra length and hollow to hem specific orders. Gowns are ordered based on the customer’s largest measurement. Once a gown is ordered, we are unable to change the size or cancel the order. Leesburg Bridal & Tuxedo cannot be liable for sizing choices. Alteration charges are NOT included in any sale.
**Bridal gowns take 4-6 MONTHS to order. Bridesmaids, flowergirls and Mother of the bride/groom dresses take 3-4 MONTHS to order**
Tuxedo Rental Agreement:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of rental and paid in full at the time of pick-up. Rental may only be cancelled up to two weeks prior to event and there will be a $15.00 service fee deducted from the refund. There is a charge of $50 per day for tuxedos not returned on time. Renter will be charged full cost for missing or damaged items. If tuxedo is not returned on time Leesburg Bridal & Tuxedo reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the late fees.
Leesburg Bridal & Tuxedo reserves the right to donate or sell any items not paid for or picked up two weeks after the event date.
